We wish to clarify that, the Company has all
along been complying with the clauses of the
Listing Agreement with BSE. This fact was explained
by the Company to the Exchange.
After satisfying itself about timely compliance
with the Listing Agreement on the part of the
Company, BSE has since withdrawn the said Notice
dated September 26, 2005, vide another Notice
No. 20050928-18 dated September 28, 2005. The
Company's Equity Shares, therefore, will continue
to be traded on BSE on and after September 30,
2005.
